After an acclaimed night of storytelling here Upstairs at the Western in April, John Lloyd returns with a double bill. Let’s ignore the fact the first show was always intended to be a one-off, and enjoy another presentation of make-believe and folk tale from across the ages and around the world.
First, at 7.30pm we have a brand new selection of stories – a second delve into the very best mythical fables, “Just So” stories and John’s own original creations.
Then, at 9.00pm it’s a final chance to catch the original performance – or at least most of it. This really will be the cream of the crop, taking us from the world of dragons to the dole queue.
Each show is £8 (£5 concs), and the double bill is £12 (£8 concs), so make a story-stuffed night of it with our special offer.
